Redesign of the current CRM system that helps recruiters to quickly and efficiently select suitable candidates for various vacancies. The main goal is to increase the efficiency of the HR admin, recruiter, and HR managers, think over the logic of the admin panel, reduce the number of unnecessary functions, reduce mechanical work, relieve visual stress. Closing 100 vacancies per month for one is a reality the main idea of the redesign

My presentation on CRM redesign, during which I spoke to customers and guests of the presentation. In this presentation, I show the logic of CRM work, its functionality, its visual advantages, as well as additional modes that the client did not think through when developing an effective CRM and technical specifications. Presentation of works in this format provides a clear example of user interaction with the application, and also gives an advantage over competitors.

The main work of the recruit takes place on the Candidates page, based on the research that was carried out during the work, it was decided to expand the table of candidates to 25, and only the initially necessary data were entered into the table, which could immediately give the recruit the opportunity to make decisions on the candidate. Additional features such as filtering and quick actions help you interact more effectively with the new system.
By hiding the side navigation, I enlarged the Candidates table, which made it possible to get a large amount of information on the candidate without going to his personal card.

INCLUSIVENESS
Dark theme
When designing an interface, thinking about the users who will interact with this product, I use different approaches, one of which is inclusiveness. One of the solutions to the environmental friendliness of the system was the introduction of a dark theme when the recruit was working at night. The dark theme reduces eye strain, which helps to keep good vision at a high level, and for those who have problems, reduce the load.
